Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number and a non-refundable deposit are required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Depending on availability, walk-ins are welcome, if you are not comfortable with providing us your credit card for reservations. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session and late arrivals over 20 minutes may incur a late fee and may be required to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require a 24-hour notice for any single appointment or service. Canceling multiple services, packages, or parties of 2 or more require a 48-hour notice. Any cancellation with less than the required time may incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.

Refund Policy:  We do not offer refunds on services purchased or rendered, including Treatment Packages and Membership Packages. If a purchase of a treatment package or membership series has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Skinetic Aesthetics. All services rendered are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services purchased or rendered. However, to ensure our clients always receive a positive experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Skinetic Aesthetics.  

Special Consideration: It is required that you inform your provider of any medical conditions, pregnancy, medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.

Gift Cards / Certificates will expire up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Present your card at the time of check-in for service. Gift Cards / Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Skinetic Aesthetics is not responsible for lost Gift Cards / Gift Certificates. Gift Cards / Gift Certificates will be debited the service amount for any no-show appointments.

Retail Return Policy:  We accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED retail items recently purchased from Skinetic Aesthetics and may be returned within seven days of purchase with the original sales receipt, and may be exchanged for future retail or spa credit. We accept exchanges should any allergic reaction occur, in which we will be glad to offer you store credit which can be used for future retail purchases or spa services.

Privacy Policy: Our highest commitment is to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers, and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information. We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us.

Pricing Disclaimer:  All prices may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices and our service prices at any time without notice. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you – our valued member — the highest quality, value, and convenience.

Payment & tipping:  We accept Cash, Apple Pay, and all major Credit Cards but not personal checks. There will be a 3% transaction fee applied for services paid with a credit or debit card. Services pricing does not include tips.

Please note that these policies are in place to promote respect for our staff and patients. We ask that you treat our administrative staff with respect and decency upon the enforcement of our policies.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary for each individual. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
